Online therapy is offered through a secure platform for individuals age 15 and older who reside in the state of Georgia.

Every individual is unique, and sessions are tailored to address your specific needs. Using evidence-based approaches, we work together, to take an in-depth look at your experiences to help you uncover underlying concerns, recognize your strengths, and develop strategies for meaningful, lasting change. This may include learning new skills, strengthening interpersonal communication, exploring how your thoughts influence your mood, and incorporating mindfulness or meditation practices into your daily life. For those who desire it, faith can also be thoughtfully integrated into the counseling process.

About Dr. Jeana Griffith

I am the founder of ALIGHT Counseling and Consulting. I specialize in helping clients find peace in the midst of their circumstances, whether it be a chronic health condition, relationship issues, trauma, depression, anxiety, burnout or transitioning from one phase of life to another. I believe that we can learn strategies to support ourselves during difficult times that help us to navigate and move in a direction that brings us more emotional clarity, peace, and joy. I meet clients where they are and listen to their story. I use a collaborative approach to treatment, working from the understanding that you are the expert of your own life. I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs.

I have delivered over 100 workshops on various topics to promote mental well-being and provided consultations and customized workshops for athletic teams at both the high school and collegiate levels, with experience working across a diverse range of teams.
